## What This Tool Does

This is a single-page web application that overlays multiple datasets on an interactive Leaflet map of the Las Vegas / Clark County metro area. Users can toggle between ZIP code and census tract boundaries, color regions by various metrics, and filter by population, income, and crime rate.

## Available Data Layers

- **Crime**: Total crime rate, violent crime rate, property crime rate (per 1,000 residents)
- **Housing**: Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI), YoY home value change, Zillow Rent Index (ZORI), Census median rent, HUD Fair Market Rent (2BR)
- **Income & Burden**: Median household income, rent burden percentage
- **Demographics**: Population by area
